E-invoicing through Peppol

PayWashGo serves as an integrator on the Peppol network.

What is Peppol?

Peppol (Pan-European Public Procurement On-line) is a secure network where companies and organizations (including government agencies) can exchange e-invoices among themselves.

For Belgian government agencies, it is already mandatory to send invoices via Peppol. But many companies also see the added value of such a platform, so the network is expanding.

To use the Peppol network, organizations must register. The sender and recipient of each invoice are known with certainty, making fraudulent invoices a thing of the past.

Invoices are read in error-free, eliminating manual operations.

Shorter payment period

In addition, invoices arrive directly into the recipient's financial software package so that the records are automatically updated. The recipient does not have to worry about this, so invoices are paid faster.

As an integrator, PayWashGo will ensure that other businesses can access and connect to the Peppol network.

This means that any carwash interested in this can register via PayWashGo so that all business customers of the carwash who are connected to Peppol will receive their invoices automatically via this secure network. Customers who are not connected will continue to receive the invoice by mail.
